The Pietermaritzburg Gymnastics Academy was established in 1974 and was formally known as the PMB Y Gymnastics Club.
In 2005 the Gymnastics Academy moved and became one of the founding sports in the Pietermaritzburg Sports Development Centre.
The Pietermaritzburg Gymnastics Academy is part of a vibrant indoor sports centre and is headed up by Sherri Pegler-Page.
The Pietermaritzburg Gymnastics Academy offers a fully equipped gymnastics center with well trained and motivated coaches.
